Dribbling Skills - 3

Physical Education at Home

Welcome back to Week 3! We hope that you enjoyed last week's edition. For our 3rd week, we'd like to work on our various dribbling skills. If done with intensity, this too will get our bodies moving and our hearts pumping. This week, you can choose to work on one or all three types of dribbling that are presented. We understand, that not everyone may have access to one or all three pieces of equipment. We ask that you try your best or improvise with the dribbling skills. Score bonus points by sending a video of yourself practicing your dribbling to either of the coaches!
