Billing Policies

• Users will be charged based on instrument time booked or instrument time actually used, whichever is greater.

• No-shows will be billed for time booked.

• Cancellations on the sorters with less than 24-hour notice will be billed unless the time is rebooked by another researcher.

• Each appointment is billed for a minimum of 30 minutes for an analyser or 60 minutes for a sorter.

• Billing for experiments that require decontamination of equipment afterwards (e.g., lentivirus, BSL-2 level sorts) will include a fee for decontamination (extra 30 minutes).

• The flow cytometry platform will not take payment (credit) in advance of services; it will bill only after services have been completed.
