Lucille Ball

BIOGRAPHY

Lucille Desiree Ball was born on August 6, 1911. She had a little brother named Fred Ball. Her mom's name was Desiree Ball and her dad's name was Henry Ball. Sadly her dad passed away when she was three years old. After the loss Lucille and her mom moved in with her grandparents. when she was 15 years old she convinced her mom to let her go to a six-week acting school. the person that was working at the acting school didn't have any acting talent and Lucille's mom was wasting money. Lucille fell in love with a boy named George Raft. But when Lucille introduced George to one of her friends George fell in love with her friend and out of love with Lucille. But good news! In 1940 Lucy fell in love with a man named Desi Arnaz. And that same year they got married. Lucy and Desi were in a comedy show called I Love Lucy. Their kids were in some of her shows too! Lucy and Desi were so busy they decided to get a divorce in 1960. In 1961 Lucy married a very nice man named Gary Morton. A year after she married Gary Morton she starred in another show called The Lucy Show. Then in 1965 she appeared in color on TV for the first time. Then she starred in another show called Here's Lucy. Her kids starred in Here's Lucy as well. Sadly on April 26,1989 Lucille had a heart attack and passed away. Her shows continue to make people laugh even today!
