Video Sharing
We now have a streaming video service available to Needham Public Schools. For the past several years, the Media and Digital Literacy Department has purchased a distict-wide annual Public Performance Site License from Swank Movie Licensing. This allows us to legally allow movies to be shown in situations when the circumstances do not necessarily meet the strict face-to-face teaching requirements that allow teachers to show movies for instructional reasons.
Looking to stream a movie in class or assign one for homework? Follow the instructions on this guide. Needham Public Schools has purchased a subscription for a Public Performance Site License for showing movies. Find more information here!Youtube and video sharing
