Q: Everything is frozen what should I do?!
A: Power down your device by holding down the power button. Wait 5 seconds. Power the device back on.
Q: My computer won't turn on!
A: Make sure you a charging your computer on a working outlet. If that doesn't fix the problem, try swapping out the charger for another one you know is working. If you think your device needs replacing, check with your building technology specialist and then submit a ticket.
Q: One of my students doesn't have a device and needs one.
A: Needham Public Schools provides a 1:1 device for all students, grades K through 12. If a student does not have a device and needs one, please contact your building technology specialist.
Q: I need iPad help as a teacher!
