Student iPad Information

Managed iPad Program Class of 2030

Starting with the Class of 2029, and continuing with all future incoming 9th-graders; students will receive a school-managed iPad, a keyboard and a protective case. This ensures that every student has access to the same tools for learning, making it easier to stay focused and engaged in the classroom. With this transition, our technology team will manage the iPad and apps allowing students to make the most of their instructional time and support their academic success. All necessary educational apps, selected by our faculty and staff, will be pre-installed, and students will not be able to download additional apps.

An annual technology fee of $200.00 will be charged to the student’s FACTS account. This will cover the yearly lease of the device, keyboard, case, licenses, software, and administrative fees. Families will be charged the technology fee each year and upon graduation, the device will be given to the student.

Students in grades 11 & 12 including new transfer students will continue using their family-owned devices as they have in previous years.

iPads will be distributed to students registered in Summer School courses and Summer Bridge. Additional dates of distribution during the summer will be announced at a later date.
