We are pleased to offer FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment on the same platform. Each student’s enrollment at Notre Dame College Prep (“NDCP”) constitutes parental or legal guardian’s financial obligation with NDCP. Each family is required to enroll in a FACTS Management Co. ("FACTS") Payment Plan for NDCP transactions, and make payments as scheduled. Visit www.nddons.org. Questions? email gmattison@nddons.org.
Using your mobile device, download and install the SchoolMessenger Home app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store (or from the SchoolMessenger website). The first time you use the app, select Sign Up to create your account, or if you previously used the SchoolMessenger website – log in using those credentials. Select Attendance, then Report an Absence.
Use the SafeArrival website SchoolMessenger. The first time you use the app, select Sign Up to create your account, or if you previously used the SchoolMessenger Go App – log in using those credentials. Select Attendance, then Report an Absence.
Call the toll-free number 1-844-216-6661 to report an absence using the automated phone system.

REQUIRED HEALTH FORMS FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN
The State of Illinois requires all incoming freshmen to have a current medical physical with immunizations and dental examination forms. These forms must be uploaded to your son’s PowerSchool account before school begins.
PowerSchool account information will be sent to parents/guardians in August.
All forms can be found on the Notre Dame College Prep website under Health Services.

We offer morning only bus service. Our bus stops vary depending on interest and are geared to better serve our students who do not have a direct route. Our services depending on demand, can range from Rosemont, Evanston, Ashland Ave in Chicago and Elmwood Park.
The cost is $350 per semester and $700 total for the school year.
