1. Review the Awards Criteria to determine all necessary components for each award application
2. A Google submission is required for each award entry. National awards (Communicator & Specialty) must also be entered on the NAE4-HYDP Open Waters Site.
3. Required in the Google submission are 1) a 50-word statement for each national and state award entry 2) a state award application 3) photo

REQUIREMENTS

When submitting communicator awards, please limit each program/event/activity/project to ONLY one communicator award class.
Team awards are limited to 10 members (applicant and up to 9 other individuals).

Must be a current NAE4-HYDP member as of January 31 of the year you apply
Must have been a National member the two previous years
Must have served more than 3 and less than 7 years in 4-H programs as of January 31 of the year you apply
DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD (DSA)
Must be a current NAE4-HYDP member as of January 31 of the year you apply
Must have been a National member the two previous years
Must have served 7 years or more in 4-H programs as of January 31 of the year you apply
MERITORIOUS SERVICE AWARD (MSA)
