Nominating

• Committee and chairman (immediate past state President) prepare a slate of qualified candidates for state office. See NCAE4-HYDP By-Laws (V. Nominations and Elections) for specific details regarding officer slate.

• Nominate qualified individuals for NAE4-­­­HYDP offices, committee chairmen, committee chairmen-­­­elect, and officers for the North Carolina Joint Council of Extension Professionals (NCJCEP).

• Production of the election ballot

• Manage candidate hospitality, in conjunction with host district, at the NCAE4-HYDP Annual Meeting. (see NCAE4-HYDP Policy Statement for details)
