Constitution

• Review constitution each year to insure its workability

• Assist members in understanding the constitution, a guide for the conduct of association business

• Summarize and update all relevant documents annually

• Explore matters of public policy which have an effect on Extension 4-H programs

• Work with and through the North Carolina Joint Council of Extension Professionals (NCJCEP) in demonstrating unified concerns for legislative issues, employee benefits, etc.
