All Extension employees appointed after June 1 will be granted first-year membership in the NCAE4-HYDP (State and District Association) effective on the date of appointment until the deadline for annual dues. New employees desiring first-year National Association membership may join through NAE4-HYDP.

1. Contact your District Vice President for a direct link to Association Membership Google form submissions. 

2. Complete the Google form submission. An invoice will be generated to your email. 

3. Pay annual dues/invoice(s). Payments and invoices are sent to your District Treasurer. 

4. (Optional) Joining the National Association can be completed at the same time as annual membership. by selecting this option on the Google form National payment instructions will be shared with you. 

The Association on each level is successful because of your involvement! We ask that you contribute to the Association by being an active member, holding offices, and upholding the Association Constitution and By-laws. 

Lifetime membership is an honor granted to members after they retire from Extension. Lifetime membership is a one-time payment (check with your District on their lifetime payment gifts). As a lifetime member, you can continue to contribute to the 4-H program!
