 North Carolina Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals

 We are an Association comprised of all North Carolina 4-H Youth Development Professionals from the Mountains to the Coast. The focus of NCAE4-HYDP is to provide network opportunities for 4-H Agents, PAs, and Specialists to connect, share, and gain professional development content that improves 4-H programs at the county, district, state, and national levels.  

NCAE4-HYDP is a culturally diverse network for 4-H Youth Development Professionals. Being a member provides professional training and recognition opportunities through awards, travel, and educational scholarships and grants. Our annual conferences, professional meetings, and leadership opportunities contribute to title promotions and further your resume!
