Instructions for form completion and downloading to pdf for file

1) Enter all the information - you can cut and paste from elsewhere if needed

2) Once you have finished everything, use the 'download to pdf' to download the information and save it locally. If you then need to change anything, you will need to refresh the page and start again - please use F5 or refresh as you usually do. You can also repeat this process to start a new risk assessment.

3) Next time you load the site, you will have access to a blank form and can repeat.
