Ingredients:

1 ½ cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 ¼ teaspoons cinnamon

2 tablespoons sugar

4 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 cups milk

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat into beaten eggs. Add butter and milk. Bake on a hot griddle. Serve with lingonberries.
