All exams must be ordered no later than November 15 to avoid additional fees.  Exam ordering is based on student enrollment in the College Board's AP Classroom.

Late Exam (after 11/15) $40.00

Unused/canceled exam $40.00

Reduced Fees

The College Board offers a reduced fee of $53 per exam for eligible students.  The College Board determines reduced fee eligibility based on students who qualify for free or reduced lunches.

Additionally, the Commonwealth of MA  subsidizes AP exams. See below for more information

Students must apply for free and reduced lunch each year to be eligible for the lower AP fee.  November is the month this changes over to a new year, so be sure to reapply for this school year to be eligible for the subsidies.

If you have any concerns about financial constraints or eligibility please discuss these with your child's guidance counselor.  AP teachers and the AP coordinator have no authority to make these decisions.
