Greg is in his senior year and has not seen his advisor since last year when he began thinking about changing his major. He is now more definitive that he needs to change his major, but isn't willing to stay an extra semester in order to get his degree. Greg assumes he can take one more semester of 15 credit hours. When he meets with you, he learns he must complete 21 credit hours. However, Greg is employed and has a work schedule that restricts when he can take courses. He is getting visibly upset with the circumstances and says, “I'm so frustrated that this university is so inflexible. Why doesn't anyone seem to care?”
