NMHNZ is proud to be at the forefront of Naturopathy as the leading Professional Organisation for Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists in Aotearoa New Zealand. This year our focus is on HOW we can position Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists at the forefront of health care in Aotearoa New Zealand, and beyond.

Our "Catalysts for Change" themed conference is all about putting our profession front and centre. In 2024 we delved into our rich international heritage and explored the connections between the two. We discussed how at the heart of Naturopathic and Herbal Medicine lies a profound respect for the wisdom of the past with a commitment to researching the benefits for our lives today. 2026 sees us looking outside the box at HOW we can be more active in the community and WHY we need to be more visible. Our next step is to learn about integrating this knowledge and connecting into primary health care.

Preventative health is at the forefront of everything we do, along with lifestyle, nutrition, and science. We want to redefine Community Healthcare using Naturopathic principles, Science & Research, and of course Nature.

This event will inspire and motivate you to get out & be a Catalyst for Change in your community.
