Martin Beal

Martin has been performing and teaching for over 40 years.  He has sung Opera, Musical Theatre, Rock, Irish Folk and Jazz.  Martin holds a Bachelors of Music from CSU Sacramento and a Masters in Vocal Performance from USC. He has taught band, orchestra, choir, Jazz choir, guitar, piano, private voice, and ukulele to elementary through College level.  

Martin has performed onstage with such luminaries as Rosemary Clooney and Earth and Wind and Fire and worked professionally onstage with Institutions including Music Circus, American Musical Theatre of San Jose, the Stockton Opera, the Monterey Opera, TheatreWorks in Mountain View, the Piedmont Children's Choir, and Foothill College in Los Altos Hills where he also directed the Jazz Choir. 

Martin has four albums out as a singer, "Martin Beal with A Touch of Brass", "My Irish Eyes" and an album of Jazz standards called "Smile".  The Grammy association recognized him for his song "On A Clear Day" from "Smile". His recent album is called “My Broadway Heart”, a collection of Broadway solos and duets.
