Warm, engaging health and wellbeing workshops, talks and events that make longevity easier to understand and more achievable in everyday life.
I create and deliver longevity talks, health and wellbeing workshops and collaborative events across Shrewsbury, Shropshire and online.
You may be looking for a guest speaker, an interactive workshop or someone to collaborate with on a wellbeing event. Whatever you have in mind, we can create something that feels welcoming, relevant and right for your audience.
My talks and workshops bring people together to pause, learn, share experiences and explore realistic ways to care for their long-term health.
Sessions are warm, inclusive and conversation-led, combining evidence-informed health information with practical ideas that people can use in everyday life.
There is no jargon, judgement or expectation of perfection.
Every session is rooted in one or more of my three foundational pillars of long-term health:
Mind - Sleep, stress, and connection to self and others.
Menu - Whole-food nutrition, hydration, and supplementation.
Move - Daily activity, exercise, and nature.
A session can explore one pillar in more depth or bring all three together to look at the wider picture of living the long and good life.
I love working with local studios, practitioners, charities, community groups and organisations to create meaningful wellbeing experiences. This could include:
a one-off health and wellbeing workshop
a guest talk or question and answer session
part of a retreat, festival or wellbeing day
a community or charity session
a workplace wellbeing talk
a series of sessions around a shared theme
a collaborative event with another practitioner or venue
Sessions can be delivered in person or online and tailored to your audience, available time and aims.
I am also happy to discuss community budgets, funded projects and opportunities that help make wellbeing support more accessible.
Sessions can be created around any aspect of longevity, ageing well, protecting your healthspan and maintaining your peakspan.
They may focus on one or all of the Mind, Menu or Move pillars, or explore a particular topic such as alcohol-free living, brain health, midlife wellbeing or seasonal habits.
Each session is shaped around the people attending, rather than delivered as a one-size-fits-all package.
I host workshops throughout the year at local wellbeing studios, community venues and online.
Each offers a friendly space to spend time exploring your health alongside others, with practical ideas to take away and use in real life.
New dates are shared through my website, social media and The Long and Good Life newsletter.
"Natalie came to give my staff a Winter Wellness seminar and a moments calm in our wild and blustery work life! The whole session was bespoke, Natalie discussed it with me in-depth in advance with various options. The sessions itself we wished to go on much longer - Natalie is so knowledgeable and has so much she can share to help you. Sessions with The Longevity Coach are sure to become a regular feature to our CPD calendar."
