Sharing the journey of living the the long and good life with you...
Why I Do This Work
I’m Natalie - Health, Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coach, and founder of The Longevity Coach.
My mission is simple: to help people feel better in themselves for longer and truly live thelongandgoodlife™.
This work is deeply personal to me. I was inspired by my grandparents - two kind, grounded people who shaped so much of how I see the world. They lived a long and healthy life, full of activity, community, good food and love.
But in their later years, my Nana developed Alzheimer’s disease, and my Grandad became her devoted carer. I saw first-hand how fragile life can become and how important it is to care for our health at every opportunity. That experience has stayed deeply embedded in me, and I made a quiet vow to honour their legacy by helping others to live fully, and age well free from disease.
It led me to ask: What if more of us could live well for longer? and that led me to where I am today; health and wellbeing coaching with a particular focus on health span and longevity - it's not just about the years we live, but the quality of those years. That's how The Longevity Coach was born.
What I believe
I don’t believe in quick fixes or unrealistic routines. I believe in meeting people where they are, and building from there, with kindness, clarity and consistency.
My coaching and group work is centred around three foundational pillars of health:
Mind — Connection, stress, and sleep
Menu — Hydration and whole food nutrition
Move — Daily activity, exercise, and time in nature
These pillars support not only your long-term health, but your day-to-day wellbeing too. Together, we’ll create a realistic and achievable, personalised plan that fits into your life and helps you move towards thelongandgoodlife™- whatever that looks like for you.
How I Got Here
I trained with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in the United States, specialising in lifestyle strategies that support real, everyday health through evidence-based, preventative approaches. I later deepened this work by completing certification in Prescribing Lifestyle Medicine - an accredited course from the Royal College of General Practitioners. I'm also proud to be a member of the British Association of Lifestyle Medicine, allowing me to continue to deepen my knowledge and practise year on year.
I’m also trained in counselling, mental health first aid, and yoga therapy, all useful tools that help me support people through stress, burnout, and life transitions.
Over the years, I’ve worked across community wellbeing programmes, supporting the goals of the NHS and Public Health. My work has taken many forms, but the intention has always been the same: to help people live well, for longer and to make meaningful choices today that support a healthier, more vibrant tomorrow.
I've got the education, information and knowledge about living the long and good life ready to share with you...
In the Press & Community Partnerships
My work has been featured in local, national and international press which is something I am extremely proud of.
Locally, I collaborate with wellbeing studios, private organisations and wider community teams across Shropshire U.K., delivering health and wellbeing workshops, talks and preventative health coaching to people of all ages and stages of life.
Listen to my story on Spotify - I was selected as the very first Health and Wellbeing Coach to appear on the international podcast; 'Conversations with Coaches'

Living #thelongandgoodlife in action
When I'm not helping others to thrive, I enjoy the simple things in life such as moving my body, eating great food, quality time with friends and family and plenty of fun with my dog! I'm obsessed with listening to health and wellbeing podcasts, love all things interior design and my guilty pleasure has to be chocolate - if it's in the house, I have to eat it!
I love to travel and was very fortunate to spend 4 years living in the United States, enhancing my passion to live a healthy, outdoorsy life. I'm now happily living back in the UK, in the beautiful county of Shropshire where a slower pace of life serves me perfectly.
