A personalised look at where you are now, what is already supporting your health and where small changes could help you live well for longer.
Your Bespoke Longevity Assessment is a practical health and lifestyle check-in designed to help you better understand your current wellbeing, physical capability and priorities for the future.
It is ideal if you want to take a more proactive approach to ageing well but feel unsure where to begin.
Long-term health is about far more than weight or appearance.
Your assessment explores the different areas that can influence your healthspan, independence and quality of life, bringing together my three foundational pillars of health:
Mind
Sleep, stress, connection and emotional wellbeing.
Menu
Nutrition, hydration and the everyday choices that support your body.
Move
Daily activity, strength, mobility, balance and cardiovascular health.
Together, these give us a broader picture of how you are living now and what may support you in the years ahead.
Before your appointment, you will complete a short health and lifestyle questionnaire so I can understand more about you, your current routines and what you would like to achieve. Your in-person assessment will take approximately 90 minutes and will include time to talk through your health, lifestyle and goals.
Depending on your needs and suitability, your assessment may include:
blood pressure and resting oxygen levels
height, weight and body composition
waist-to-height ratio
grip strength
balance
mobility and flexibility
functional strength and movement
selected lifestyle and wellbeing indicators
Every part of the assessment will be explained clearly and adapted to your current ability. There is no expectation to perform, or prove yourself.
Following your assessment, I will bring your results and lifestyle information together into a clear, personalised report.
Your report will highlight:
where you are already doing well
the areas that may benefit from more attention
what your results may mean for your long-term health
realistic and evidence-informed recommendations
three key priorities to help you move forward
The aim is to give you useful information that feels understandable, relevant and achievable, rather than leaving you overwhelmed by data.
Once you have had time to read and reflect on your report, we will meet online for a 45-minute follow-up call.
This gives us time to:
talk through your results
answer any questions
explore your recommendations
decide which priorities feel most important
identify practical first steps that fit your life
You will leave with greater clarity about where you are now and what you can begin doing today that your future self may thank you for.
The Longevity Assessment is a good place to begin if you:
You want to take a proactive approach to ageing well.
You are curious about your current strength, balance, mobility and lifestyle.
You want to know what is already supporting your health.
You feel unsure which areas deserve your attention first.
You would value personalised findings rather than generic advice.
You want a clear starting point without committing to ongoing coaching.
You do not need to be fit, confident or already living a healthy lifestyle. The assessment begins with where you are now.
Your Bespoke Longevity Assessment is a valuable standalone service.
You may choose to take your recommendations forward independently, or you may decide that you would benefit from more personalised support.
My Bespoke Lifestyle Prescription and ongoing health and wellbeing coaching offer a deeper exploration of your Mind, Menu and Move priorities, along with the guidance and accountability to help you put lasting changes into practice.
There is no expectation to continue. The next step is always your choice.
Your long-term health is shaped by what you do consistently, not by changing everything overnight.
The Bespoke Longevity Assessment can help you understand what matters most and begin with realistic steps that feel right for you.
The Bespoke Longevity Assessment is a lifestyle and wellbeing service. It is not a medical examination, diagnostic service or substitute for advice and support from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional.
