GALLERY WALK AND REFLECTIONS ON TEAM LEARNING

1. Instructional Facilitator will lead a 5-10 minute gallery walk activity so all teams can preview all the car prototypes that each team designed and explain their reasoning.

2. Large group closing reflection of the design experience itself with three protocol questions. (Here is a larger collection of teamwork questions to use in the future).

• Did the role you were assigned fit your strengths?
• If you were to work with this same group again, what is one change the group could make to work together more effectively?
• What is one skill you have that you feel really benefited the group?
• If you had done this yourself, would the outcome have been better or worse, why?
• If you could pick one person in the group to whom to give a specific compliment about their work in the group, who would it be and what would you say?

3. Closing reflection: Now reflect on your individual and team learning through the provided reflection protocol and rubric provided by your instructional facilitator.
