Your Instructional Facilitators role will be to define team job titles/tasks of what is a productive, collaborative team and monitor performance of each member. An Assembly Line Production Manager will manage a team of assembly line specialists. The Assembly Line Production Manager will appoint each team member with an important job assignment/task to complete- based on design strengths and specialty areas of interest.

1. Assembly Line Production Manager
2. High Impact Collision Architect - Side Panels
3. Underbody Framework Engineer
4. Hood, Roof and Trunk Architect
5. Electrical and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Scientist
6. Crash Test Safety Engineer
7. Bonus - Bling Designer (Mirrors, License Plate, Rims, etc.)
NEXT STEPS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE TEAM COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION
Once the job assignments are assigned, the Assembly Line Production Manager will communicate all job tasks to all team members as a group, to insure communication is clear and learning outcomes of design productions are understood. Example - one person works on one car piece assigned to them, another specialist works on another part, and another specialist works on the next ... and at the end of our allotted production time frame, all of the car parts from your team are merged together as one, to make a brand new self-driving electric car prototype.
