How to Allow or Block Websites
You can temporarily allow or block specific websites during your class period.
Open the AristotleK12 teacher portal
Select your active class
Click Filter Settings on the top bar
Enter the web address you need to manage
Click Block or Allow
This gives you immediate control without waiting for an IT request. The rule only lasts for your current class session.
Pro-Tip Create Outlines
You can save time by creating an outline if you use the same websites frequently. An outline is a saved list of allowed or blocked sites for a specific lesson plan.
Build your list of websites for a lesson in a Google Doc or Notepad
Navigate to the AristotleK12 Teacher Portal (not inside a class)
Click Classroom Outlines on the top bar
Select Create Outline
Give it a clear name like "Unblocked Career-Tech Sites"
Choose a filter type (Allow all or Block all)
Add Allowed or Blocked sites to the list
Configure Tab Control if you would like
Choose if you want to Allow all or Block all Apps
Hit Save
Apply that outline with one click the next time you teach that lesson by selecting Apply Outline above your monitor students screens, and select the outline you built. This prevents you from typing the same web addresses every single time.

How to start a session
Launch the Teacher Console by clicking the Aristotle K12 Teacher Login in the WCCC Bookmarks. Click Continue with Google to login.
You should see all of your classes pre-filled. Click Open Classroom on the class you are teaching, and hit Start Session and select your current class.
All your students' login sessions on Chromebooks or Windows devices should begin to populate.
