NBPS weights grades, offering a greater GPA reward to students who engage in a more rigorous academic program. 

Below is a description of how our College Prep, Honors, and Accelerated courses differ in terms of content, process, and work products. 

Note: Most universities recalculate a student’s GPA using their own weighting systems. 

Additionally, some universities’ GPA calculations include different courses from the ones that NBPS includes. 

The most selective colleges tend to include only academic courses.
