COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

The upper school dance programs offer students in grades 6-12 the opportunity to expand their love of dance  through daily dance classes. Students enjoy sequential classes that encompass different forms, styles and genres of dance including jazz, ballet, tap, hip-hop, lyrical, modern, contemporary, and musical theatre.

Advanced dance students in high school expand their studies through composition and choreography. NBPS is also proud to offer IB Dance at both HL and SL levels. All students have the opportunity to perform within our community, at our annual Winter Carnival/Fine Arts Festival and Spring Dance Recital.
