The Northern Kentucky University Panhellenic Council serves as the governing body for all seven National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sorority chapters on campus. Acting as a unifying voice, the Council provides leadership, coordination, and guidance to show cooperation among the chapters, ensure fair recruitment practices, and promote shared values across the Greek community. Through collaboration and open communication, the Panhellenic Council helps shape a positive and enriching experience for its members, grounded in the principles of scholarship, service, leadership, and sisterhood.
All women who join an NPC sorority at NKU automatically become members of the Panhellenic community. This lifelong membership connects them not only to their individual chapter but also to a wider network of empowered women working together to support one another and the university. As one of the largest student-led organizations on campus, the Panhellenic Council and its chapters play a vital role in enhancing campus life. Their collective contributions through philanthropic events, academic achievements, and leadership development programs create a strong, supportive environment where members grow personally and professionally. United in purpose and passion, the Panhellenic community continues to make a lasting impact on NKU and the surrounding Northern Kentucky region.
We, the undergraduate members of women's fraternities, stand for good scholarship, for guarding of good health, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving, to the best of our ability, our college community. Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in harmony with its best possibilities, is the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities.
We, as Fraternity Women stand for service through the development of character inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.
The Northern Kentucky University Panhellenic Council is dedicated to exhibiting an inclusive and welcoming community for all individuals. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political views, age, marital status, veteran status, or mental or physical disabilities. Our member organizations are committed to upholding values of diversity, equity, and respect in all aspects of recruitment, membership, and leadership. We strive to create a Panhellenic experience where every person feels valued, supported, and empowered. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated, and we continually work to ensure fairness and opportunity for all.
