Within this section you will be able to check the theory and practical modules the student has undertaken before placement
The document below shows the point in the University curriculum (across the 3 years of the undergraduate BSc course, or 2 years of the post-graduate MSc course) where students cover the theoretical and practical aspects of each of the Annexe B proficiencies (note that at present, only the skills considered 'hard to reach' have initially been mapped to the curriculum). Levels 4, 5, and 6 denote the modules covered by BSc nursing students (all fields), and Level 7 Part 1 and Part 2 denote modules covered by MSc nursing students (all fields).
*please note this does not confirm a students attendance and engagement with the session, this is for reference only. Students are expected to comply with the NMC code of conduct when utilising evidence and therefore we would expect professional engagement with sessions and any testimony given from these*
The practical sessions are face to face sessions which include simulation.
