The Rose's are rich and famous family that go from a luxurious lifestyle to abruptly finding themselves without any money. One of the last things that they hold possession over is a town called, Schitt's Creek. This sitcom is based around their adjustment from living in big cities to living modestly in a small town. This scene consists of: the father and mother (Johnny and Moira Rose), their son (David Rose), their daughter (Alexis Rose), and local friends (Stevie Budd and Patrick Brewer).
Johnny: Moira!
Moira: It's 6:00a.m., John, I'm moving as fast as I can. Hmm. Well I guess this is it. You know, after our goodbyes last night Roland mentioned a going-away gift. I guess he forgot.
Alexis: I personally would not have missed this for the whole wide world.
David: You're only saying that because you haven't gone to bed yet.
Stevie: I'm gonna miss you, Mr. and Mrs. Rose.
Johnny: Thank you, Stevie. That's awfully sweet.
Moira: Yes, just as sweet as the liqueur wafting off your breath.
Stevie: I also didn't go to bed last night.
Johnny: You take care of the place, Stevie. And, if you get the chance, room 7 needs a turn down.
Patrick: Well, safe travels, Mr. and Mrs. Rose. David and I can't wait to host you at our place when you come back to visit.
Johnny: Oh thank you, Patrick.
Moira: Oh, the couriers are coming for the bulk of the luggage
Alexis: Yeah, today.
David: This afternoon.
Moira: Okay, and make sure the girls are shipped in a ...
Alexis & David: Temperature-controlled cargo container.
Johnny: Okay, bye kids!
David: Okay, bye.
Moira: I love you.
David: I love you.
Moira: Okay.
Alexis: Love you.
Johnny: Bye, son.
David: Bye, I'll see you soon
Moira: I'm so proud of you. So proud.
Johnny: Bye, honey.
Alexis: Bye, dad. I love you.
Johnny: I love you too.
David: Bye.
Moira: We love you!
Johnny: Wait! Stop the car!
Moira: What is it?
Johnny: Just wanted one last look. Driver, we're ready.
