MUSIC GRADE 2
In the Second Grade, music students will have the opportunity to listen to great works of music and learn about famous composers. They will continue to play a variety of percussion instruments and perhaps learn a few new ones. They will continue developing skills necessary to match pitch and sing songs. They will work on playing, singing, and moving to a steady beat. They will be introduced to more complex elements of reading musical notation. Best of all, they will have a good time doing it!
