Spangler's very own "Fun Run" or "Walkathon," is our biggest fundraiser of the school year! Students are encouraged to raise funds by asking family & friends to sponsor them based on the number of laps they run or walk

This is the most impactful fundraiser of the year for funding and FUN, and we invite students and families to join us in helping to support the budget for PTA sponsored programs, classroom supplies, grants, school-wide equipment, and other fun and educational activities for Spangler Elementary.

The PTA hosts two Scholastic book fairs during the school year. The first occurs in the fall, typically in December, while the second is a BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) Book Fair held in late April or early May. These book fairs run for one week, allowing kids and parents to purchase books using cash or e-Wallet.

PBIS Rewards is a digital management solution for PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) that helps schools teach appropriate behavior.

Staff Appreciation Week is hosted by the PTA every year in the month of May, filled with a variety of delicious food for our hard-working 70+ teachers and staff members.
