What is PTA?
The Parent Teacher Association is a formal organization of parents, teachers, and staff who work together to support and improve the educational experience for all students by fostering a stronger connection between families and the school. PTAs achieve this through various activities, including advocating for students, raising funds for school programs and supplies, and organizing family events. Everyone and anyone can be a member with an annual membership through TOTEM.
Members who sign up by August 31 will receive a free dress pass for their student, valid for a day of their choosing during this school year!
Join us for our PTA Association Meeting, typically held on the 3rd Thursday of each month. It’s the easiest way to stay in the know, share your ideas, and help shape the programs, events, and funding decisions that impact our students.
Meetings may be online, or hybrid, with details shared through ParentSquare and the PTA newsletter. Come be part of the conversation—stronger participation builds a stronger Spangler community!
