Important Dates
Friday, October 25, 2024 | class of 2025 transcript request deadline
This is to have hours added to your Aeries profile (transcript) to submit with your college applications
Reminder that colleges will receive final transcripts after you graduate with all of the hours you submitted & were approved
Email mcanez@musd.org to have your hours added to your transcript for college applications with the subject line: SENIOR CS TRANSCRIPT
🚨Friday, April 11, 2025🚨 | class of 2024 graduation requirement (20 hours) deadline
Friday, April 25, 2025 | deadline to submit 150+ hours for the maroon cord (NO exceptions after this date)
How to Check Your Hours
Log on to your Aeries profile in an internet browser (not accessible on the app)
Select the "Student Info" tab
Click on "Activities and Awards" (community service hours are listed here)
Submit one of the time cards below to claim your hours:
DO NOT submit both forms - just ONE FOR EACH ORGANIZATION/agency/club!

Answer all the required questions
Verification of Hours:
Upload a certificate, picture of a signature page, screenshot of an email from your supervisor verifying the hours you completed
TUTORING: Prep time and lesson planning do NOT count as community service. Verification should include break down of hours spent tutoring. Must be a non-profit.
Signature pages/emails must have the supervisor's full name listed with it; along with the hours being verified, date(s) volunteer service was completed, and the organization's name
Screen shots of the sign up verification does not count as it does not verify you actually attended
Spreadsheets are NOT acceptable forms of verification
PDFs or screen shots of spreadsheets are NOT acceptable
Spreadsheets with actual signatures will be considered
Fill in the total number of hours you are submitting for that one time card

You can "scan" documents using your phone's camera and they will upload/save as a PDF.
iOS (iPhone)
Open your Notes app
Tap on a new note (bottom right)
Tap on the camera icon
Select "Scan Documents" and snap the picture of your documents
For multiple pages, take a picture of each one individually first and then click save
Android
Open the Google Drive app
Bottom right, tap "Add"
Tap "Scan"
Take a photo of the document.
To save the finished document, tap "Done"
