Class of 2024 Transcript Request Form
Click on the link provided to request your final transcripts.
Final Transcripts will be sent by June 14, 2024.
Transcripts requested after 12:00p.m. on June 27, 2024 will be sent after July 19, 2024.
If you will be attending a Georgia School, you can go onto GaFutures and request a transcript.
After August 30, 2024 all Transcript requests will have to be made through MCSD Records Department. The Records Department link is located under the Transcript Tab.
