NEW Students (out-of-state) coming into Muscogee County School District, must complete online registration at the MCSD Website https://muscogee.k12.ga.us/
Once you have completed online registration and received your email confirmation, please email your student’s name and application number to the Shaw High School Registrar or call us at 706-569-3636 and ask for Registration

In addition, we will need:
Ear Eye and Dental and Immunization on GA Form
Birth Certificate and Social Security Card
TRANSFER Students (attended another MCSD school):
Parent/guardian must bring in withdrawal form, residency information, current lease or mortgage statement and utility bill along with copy of parent/guardian ID to the SHS Registrar:

Bookbags and Cell Phones are not allowed in the hallway or classroom. You can purchase a locker for $5 if you need to store your backpack. Cell phones must be placed in Yondr bag each day to be unlocked at the end of the day.
Once you have Registered your student and provided all forms at the school, you will be required to create a parent-portal on Infinite Campus to E-Sign sign verification forms before your student can get a chrome book or attend school. Muscogee.k12.ga.us
