LCES PTO Updates

LCES PTO has SIX accepted nominations for 2024-2026 LCES PTO board member positions! Voting will take place April 8th.

LCES PTO has formed two committees to help with:
- 1) Teacher Lounge Makeover: April 1-5th
- 2) Teacher Appreciation Week: May 6-10th

****Build-a-Lyon flyers....

LAST DAY: Payments are due March 15th! TODAY!

LCES PTO is hosting a Build-A-Lyon event! All ages welcome! Under 4 need adult supervision at the event. Flyers were sent home in PreK-5th grade backpacks last week. More order forms in LCES main office if needed.

Community members: Would you like a LCS mascot built with love by LCES students? Order online and pay by March 14th: https://forms.gle/qRmEmTFprPhj8X5g6

***Would you like to donate money? This will go towards a LCES student so they can join the event & receive a mascot for free, who otherwise could not for financial reasons. Let us know. We already have 10 community donors so far!

1st grade music program was Thursday, March 14th! Kindergarten music program is also in March.
Saturday, LCES LEGO Robotics team placed 4th in their regional tournament and won the team enthusiasm award!!! Congratulations to them!

Yearbook orders due Friday, March 15th. (TODAY) Order forms in LCES main office.
LCS classes will be IN-SESSION Monday & Tuesday, March 18 & 19th. No School Wednesday, March 20th. Look for more information through your email for Thursday and Friday.
Spring parent-teacher conferences Monday, March 18th. 3:30-6:30pm. Email your child's teacher to set-up a conference.
LCES is hosting a BIG fundraiser. THE FUN RUN! Sign up your children and help raise money for LCES! Fun Run will be March 29th.
Kindergarten registration is April 19th! Contact the main office for more details.
STEM teacher, Ms. T, is collecting water bottles for an upcoming STEM experiment.
