We are currently accepting new Members to the Community Advisory Board. Please email sex.trafficking@multco.us to request an application. We have them in English, Chinese (traditional), Vietnamese, Russian and Spanish. Further languages available on request.
Who are we?
Community Advisory Board (CAB)
The Community Advisory Board (CAB) is an advocacy group composed of Portland, Oregon- based individuals who have experienced sex trafficking and their allies. The CAB works alongside an Executive Team made up of leaders & decision-makers to provide insight, feedback, and recommendations based on their sex trafficking experiences, to improve services and systems of support. These recommendations are for things such as prevention, raising awareness, the criminal justice system, housing, mental health, and more. Learn more about the Community Advisory Board here.

We are currently accepting applications for our next cohort. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

If you are interested in joining the CAB to provide feedback based on your sex trafficking lived experiences related to services and systems of support, please complete the Interest Form.
Feedback from committee members will be used to improve systems and services for others who experience sex trafficking in Multnomah County. Committee members will be paid $200 for each meeting they attend. Please email sex.trafficking@multco.us or call 510.828.1787 to have the interest form translated and to learn more about CAB.
