Charles Redd

Charles Redd was a devoted athlete as he was involved in the school's basketball and track team. Redd participated in the high jump and hurdles for the track team. He was an involved member of his church and participated in their junior missionaries. His coach described him as a "a beautiful person with a great sense of humor." Redd died on June 23, 1983 at the age of 16 during his junior year due to injuries sustained in a fatal car accident.
