I have a genuine passion to help others realize their best selves, through the embrace of health & fitness. This has been a natural progression for me, coming from a high-performance semi-professional soccer career as an adolescent, undergoing 2 ACL surgeries, going through recovery (twice), and learning to balance and maintain a healthy lifestyle- after stepping away from that world. This has not only inspired but fueled my dedication to growing my career in a facet that allows me to truly impact and enhance others well beings.
