I have taken courses in bio-mechanics, injury prevention & care, physical activity & the older adult, and coaching. These courses have provisioned me with the knowledge and skills to:

• • Design and facilitate effective exercise prescription programs for older adults

  • Prescribe and facilitate effective training programs that help care for and rehabilitate injuries, as well as to help prevent injuries from occurring.

  • Understand the bio-mechanical concepts that underlie proper form and technique and thus advise my patients accordingly.

• • I am very creative and as a result of this I am able to come up with unique and fun training activities in order to maximize client enjoyment.

  • This also allows me to create impactful documents and presentations because high-quality information design goes a long way in establishing the credibility of a source.

Experienced in working with people with disabilities

• • Not only have I worked with the general population, but I also have experience working with people with disabilities. This gives me an edge over others because I have a higher level of understanding for their unique needs, such as communication styles, physical and emotional comfort, and much more.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, as well as in Google Docs, Slides, and Sites.

• • My understanding of these platforms allows me to easily navigate and create documents or presentations for work and patients.
