Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery
(ASVAB) Test

Anyone planning to enlist in the military will be required to take the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) test. To qualify for the military, the applicant must receive a certain score on their ASVAB test. The ASVAB is nationally recognized aptitude test that is given to many high school students for career planning purposes in addition to those planning to join the military.

Mt. Baker High School offers this test every fall on our campus. Check the district calendar for this year's test.

If you are planning to apply for an ROTC Scholarship you must have taken either the SAT or ACT college placement test prior to applying. BE SURE you indicate that you want your score reports sent to the various military scholarship agencies when you are filling out the test registration.
