Manages the end-to-end processing of financial documents, including the preparation of forms for fund disbursement and the systematic liquidation of expenses.
Drafts comprehensive accomplishment reports and financial statements to track project milestones and ensure transparency in the utilization of office resources.

DATA MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER
Serves as the primary creative lead for office visual communications and design projects.

LOCAL CERTIFICATION AND CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
Acts as the primary coordinator for the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) and the Philippine Quality Award (PQA), ensuring departmental initiatives align with national standards.
Evaluates the compilation of evidence and supporting documents for COPC applications to ensure all requirements are met prior to official submission.
facilitates active coordination across various university offices to streamline the collection of program requirements and timely delivery of outputs.

Administrative Assistant I
INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT
Facilitates the end-to-end application process for AUN-QA program assessments, coordinating requirements for review by the QuAMSO Director and the University Chancellor.
Assists in the rollout and maintenance of the Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS), ensuring daily office operations align with ISO standards.
Organizes evidence folders ensuring all necessary data is audit-ready for external evaluators.
Develops comprehensive status reports for all ongoing programs, providing the QuAMSO Director with data-driven insights on compliance milestones and potential gaps.
Serves as secretariat for QA-related meetings and workshops, managing documentation and tracking the progress of action items.
Administrative Aide III
INTERNATIONAL AND WORLD RANKINGS
Directs the submission and monitoring of international university rankings (UI GreenMetric, THE Impact, QS, and Higher Education Rankings) to reflect institutional excellence.
Evaluates and reports on the university’s alignment with global sustainability standards and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Provides secretariat support for institutional capacity-building initiatives, coordinating the logistical and administrative frameworks of university trainings.
