To determine the information and reasoning for creating this project I surveyed 115 flight attendants. Based on survey results I was able to determine the areas where flight attendants need language and cultural knowledge the most. I created scenarios and areas for vocabulary based on the responses to the survey. Below are some of the survey results I received.
