A bit about me 

I am Mum to 7 children and Nan of 2. I have been an ECE teacher for 18 years and graduated with a Diploma in 2010, before furthering my studies in 2012 graduating with a Bachelor of Teaching. 

I grew up in Takanini and currently live on a small farm in Drury. I recently made the transition to Primary school teaching as to further my own teaching skills and to share my love of learning with other groups of tamariki. I love to work alongside children to see them grow their own abilities and support them to bridge the gaps in their learning, I get just as excited about progress as the children. I take pride in setting an example of a life long learner and this year that has also taken me on the journey of learning Kyokoshin Karate, alongside my younger children and partner.
