My name is Denae Endemann and I have had the privilege of being a part of Manurewa South School since 2020. I have a true passion for working with some of our youngest learners in the school. Helping each child progress in all areas of their developments - academic, social, language and motor is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily. I strive to create a fun and positive environment in my classroom.
Personally, I grew up in Puhoi just North of Auckland. My Dad is Samoan and my Mum is a Kiwi. I have two older brothers and a younger sister. After completing a Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Marketing and Event Management from AUT, I took a year off studying to work and save money to do a bit of travelling before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Education at Auckland University in 2019. I am passionate about my job and couldn’t ask for a better school to be a part of. If I could have any superpower it would be to be like Matilda and move things around just by looking at them. I could potentially save lives with this power but mostly I'd like to never have to physically pick anything up ever again.
