In Google Workspace: Sheets Part 1, participants build, organize, and format a spreadsheet of sales data using Google Sheets, learning digital skills like data validation and merging cells. This lesson provides basic spreadsheet skills.
In Google Workspace: Sheets Part 2, participants learn more intermediate spreadsheet skills like evaluating and interpreting data with different functions, filters, and charts. Students use the SUM and COUNTIF functions to analyze data and make calculations, and insert charts to display and isolate data.
In Google Workspace: Sheets Part 3, participants learn more advanced spreadsheet skills like importing a spreadsheet in another file format, using functions and conditional formatting, and inserting links, images, and drawings. Participants use the MULTIPLY and SUM functions as well as the MIN, MAX, and AVERAGE functions to analyze data and make calculations.
In Discover AI in Daily Life, participants learn about artificial intelligence and practice using some AI tools. Then, participants will use AI and Google Slides to create a visual dictionary. First, they will create a presentation, add some slides, and choose words that fit a theme. Next, they use AutoDraw to create images for each word in their presentation and add them to the appropriate slides. Then, they add slides to their presentation with translations of each term from Google Translate. Finally, they link the drawings for each term to the translated slides and add links to the Google Translate pronunciation for each term.
