October 15, 2026 and March 11, 2027 are In-Person Hourly Staff Development Days. Additional information, including how to register for these optional, morning only events, will be sent to your email a few weeks before the date.

Follow the directions on each page to register for courses in Better & Better.
Most courses will be accessed through the registration link in Better & Better. The link for Special Education AFIRM modules is found by clicking on the course title from this website.
Most courses will auto-complete and appear on your Better & Better transcript within 24 hours.
Various courses (such as AFIRM and Library modules) require submission of the Completion Form to receive credit.
You may enroll in up to 3 courses per remote learning / work from home day.
You MUST register for and complete the course on the same day in order to receive credit.
Please discuss plans with your supervisor in advance, as building requirements may apply.
Course completion reports will be emailed to supervisors for review.
Eligible employees may complete courses at any time.
Completed courses will appear on your Better & Better transcript.
