Dear Parents and Staff,
I hope all of you had a great break! Thank you to our parents who donated and provided the conference meal—it was delicious. We truly appreciate the donations, food, snacks, and help with clean-up that supported our staff during conferences.
Thank you as well to everyone who visited our Book Fair in the library. We appreciate your continued support of our library and the opportunities it provides for our students.
We are also grateful to the many parents and guardians who attended parent–teacher conferences. Your partnership is important in supporting student success.
Finally, thank you to our teachers for the extra time and effort spent preparing for our spring conferences. Your hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated. Our final day for conferences will be Monday afternoon.
When you arrive Tuesday morning, you will notice that student drop-off has moved to the door by the playground due to construction. Students will need to be prepared to exit vehicles and wait behind the fence until the doors open for breakfast at 8:15 a.m. Our regular supervising staff will then bring students inside.
Please remember that to drop off your students via the sidewalk along the fence. Do not block moving traffic by sitting in the lane have your children prepared for a quick drop off. If you would like to walk your child to the door, please use a designated parking space. Also, please do not park near the dumpsters, as students who walk to school will be crossing in that area to reach the entrance.
Thank you so much for your flexibility and cooperation as we navigate construction. We appreciate your support.
Have a great week!
