Interdistrict School Choice Applications for the 2027-2028
Submit the student application to the choice district before November 24, 2026.
(Contact the district if you cannot find the application on their website)

Student Application for Enrollment in Choice District
*An application must be submitted for each child into the choice district. No exceptions. We are a K through 8 district, and do not have a School Choice high school*

By law, a resident district must be informed if a student intends to apply to or participate in the choice program.
To notify the resident district, you must complete the following:
Complete the Student Notification to Resident District of Intent to Participate form before November 24, 2026.
Submit the completed form to the resident district.
Obtain a signed receipt acknowledging that you submitted the form. Keep the receipt for your records.
