Parental Rights in Special Education 

Parent Rights in Special Education (PRISE) are issued by the Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs. PRISE details parental rights afforded through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA) and the New Jersey Administrative Code for Special Education.
